CARDIO VIBE

CARDIO VIBE combines kickboxing, dance and athletic drills for an intensely fun cardio workout! Team taught by instructors Cindy and Susan with each with 25+ years of group fitness teaching experience. Hardcore DJ mixes drive the energy of this kickbutt-booty-shakin cardio guaranteed to kill calories and stress! !  Experience this one-of-a-kind cardio class to see why Vibe Fit Studio has been voted Best in Aerobics for 2015 and 2016 on WDIV Channel 4's Vote 4 the Best.

 

BOOTCAMP

TOTAL BODY VIBE is a total body circuit workout using weights and stations.Cindy's crazy energy and booty bumpin tracks will keep you motivated through this 60 minute

hardcore workout. Modifications provided for all levels

PIYO® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

 

ZUMBA FITNESS®

Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to get their sweat on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, burn calories and build confidence! With nearly 40 years’ fitness industry experience, Cindy will help guide and encourage you to a stronger - leaner - healthier you using circuit training with stability balls and weights (and modifications when needed). This small group is a friendly environment to help reach your fitness goals. 10-person class max. 5 week session $38; drop-in $10.

 

30 MIN SCULPT

30 minute total body workout using weights, stability balls and mat work.  Modifications provided for all levels.

 

DANCEXPERIENCE

A one hour hip hop/dance cardio class to the latest dance hits from around the world and old skool mixes.

 

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Learn the foundational movements of yoga to calm the mind, build strength and flexibility in the body and connect with the breath.
Relax, rejuvenate and cultivate well-being. No experience necessary. All are welcome!

 

ZUMBA KIDS, ZUMBA KIDS JR.®

Zumba Kids (ages 7-11) and Zumba Kids Jr. (ages 4-6) help kids to develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives making fitness fun! Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness. Classes run in 5 week sessions $38.  $10 single class drop-in.
